Bodelak Homelab Automation accesses user data only for the automation workflows authorized by the account owner.

Google/Gmail data

If Gmail access is granted, email data is used only to trigger and process configured private workflows in the self-hosted n8n instance. Gmail data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Storage and processing

Workflow data is processed on private infrastructure operated by Andreas. Logs and workflow execution data may be retained for troubleshooting and system reliability.

Revoking access

Google access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
